An Avaloq Knowledge Diagnostic was conducted for Banque International de Luxembourg (BIL) across their Geneva and Zurich offices. The diagnostic identified several key areas for improvement. These areas included:
- Implementing Standard Favorites for 6 Business Areas: Standardising frequently used reports within these areas would streamline access to crucial information and ensure consistency across teams.
- Delivering Tailored Training for 35 Participants: By providing targeted training to 35 participants from various teams, BIL could address knowledge gaps and empower users to leverage Avaloq’s functionalities more effectively.
- Developing User Manuals that were linked to their Standard Favorites and eLearning Platform: Creating user manuals specifically tailored to their teams activities, access them from their Standard Favorites menu and integrating them with BIL’s existing eLearning platform would provide users with readily accessible, context-specific guidance.
These targeted actions were expected to enhance BIL’s overall Avaloq knowledge base, leading to increased efficiency, improved accuracy, and maximized utilization of the platform’s capabilities.
